Gym Membership

Select a membership level below to sign up online or visit the gym for month-to-month membership in our friendly, community based gym. The only action needed in-person is getting your key FOB registered to your account for sign-in.  From there, you can sign up for a complimentary orientation to discuss your fitness and health goals and how it relates to the gym!

Account changes or cancellations need to be made by the 25th of each month. If you need assistance with your membership or prefer in-person enrollment, you can reach out by email to membership@phf-seattle.com.

Our 8,500 square-foot facility is equipped for a variety of needs, whether you're a novice or athlete in personal health. Our gym provides access to barbells, kettlebells, cable machines, bikes, rowing machines, treadmills, rowers, plate loading bench press, olympic and dead-lift platforms, and a turf area for movement, flexibility, medicine and yoga balls.

Fit Man

Solo Membership

$40

Full access to our gym facility for 1 person on a month-to-month basis. Includes key FOB access and facility orientation by request. Taxes not included.

Joint Membership

Full access to our gym facility for 2 people in a single household on a month-to-month basis. Includes key FOB access and facility orientation by request. Taxes not included.

Friends Who Work Out

Group Membership

Full access to our gym facility for 3-4 people in a single household on a month-to-month basis. Includes key FOB access and facility orientation by request. Taxes not included.

Personal Training

Hiring a personal trainer is the best option if you're new to working out. We'll get you set on the right track with a beginner's program, and offer two additional programs as you advance to intermediate workouts. Our trainers are certified in corrective exercise and fitness to help with your individual limitations and movement needs.
